No-one can guarantee you the Google top spot in search - not even Google!

This has always been a bug bear of mine, people think that a company can offer you the top spot on Google if you pay them enough money.

This is one of the biggest myths of SEO no-one can do this for you, not even Google.

You can pay Google through their Adwords scheme to appear on the first page of search results, or even at the top of the page in the paid area, but no-one can guarantee you first place on natural search.
